As a go-to market champion, you will be key in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, focusing on healthcare IT services. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in an independent work environment and has a strong understanding of the healthcare IT landscape, especially in the context of global delivery centers (GCCs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the healthcare IT services domain.
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the healthcare sector, focusing on organizations looking to transform, modernize, and digitalize their IT ecosystem.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while managing multiple client accounts.
- Present and articulate the value of EMIDS healthcare IT services to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, marketing) to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in healthcare IT.
- Track sales metrics and report regularly on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of 8+ years in healthcare IT services sales or related industry, with a strong focus on B2B sales.
- Solid experience with the sales process in global delivery models, particularly in GCCs (Global Capability Centers).
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT solutions, digital transformation in healthcare, and the unique needs of healthcare organizations.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with research firms like Forrester, Zinnov, and other analysts in the healthcare and IT sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or a related field.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with healthcare providers, payers, or IT services firms in the healthcare industry.
- Existing network of contacts and relationships in healthcare organizations and IT services.
- Knowledge of global trends in healthcare technology and service delivery.
- Ability to work with C-level executives and decision-makers in large healthcare institutions.
