About the Role
As a Project Manager within our Product Management organization, you will play a critical role in driving execution excellence across our product roadmap. This position ensures alignment between Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams, enabling the delivery of high-quality, data-driven products and platform enhancements on time and within scope. You’ll work closely with senior Product Managers to coordinate planning, track deliverables, and maintain visibility into priorities and dependencies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, embraces Agile practices, and demonstrates exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Your day to day
- Drive end-to-end project coordination for key product initiatives—facilitating planning, tracking milestones, and managing risks and dependencies.
- Partner with Product Managers to ensure clear prioritization, sprint planning, and backlog readiness for development teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery teams to maintain visibility into progress and blockers.
- Maintain roadmap and release schedules, ensuring timely communication of changes and status to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
- Contribute to process improvement across Product Operations—introducing structure, templates, and cadence for predictable delivery.
- Track and report key performance indicators (e.g., sprint velocity, roadmap adherence, delivery predictability).
- Support documentation of product release notes, feature readiness checklists, and internal rollout plans.
- Provide project management support to senior Product Management leadership for quarterly planning and OKR tracking.
What You Bring to the Team
- 7+ years of professional experience in project or program management, preferably within SaaS or technology organizations.
- Proven experience supporting Product Management or Engineering functions.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Asana for tracking and reporting.
What We Would Like to See (But Not Required)
- Experience in the US healthcare payer or data platform space.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) or product analytics tools.
- PMP, CSM, or Agile certification.
- Prior experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams in a growth-stage SaaS company.
