About the Role

The Learning and Development Specialist will support the design, coordination, and execution of corporate learning initiatives across India, Nepal, and the USA. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to deliver programs that enhance employee capability, leadership effectiveness, communication skills, and overall professional development. Success in this role is defined by the seamless execution of learning initiatives, strong learner engagement and satisfaction, and effective coordination across regions. The role also drives improved participation and completion metrics while ensuring positive stakeholder feedback on learning programs and support. The ideal candidate brings strong facilitation skills, experience managing learning operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across regions and time zones.

Your day to day

Learning Program Management

  • Support the implementation of enterprise learning and development initiatives across regions
  • Coordinate end to end training activities including nominations, scheduling, communications, tracking, and reporting
  • Assist in building structured learning journeys for employees and managers

Facilitation & Content Support

  • Deliver training programs on behavioral skills, communication, workplace effectiveness, and professional development topics
  • Support content creation and customization based on business needs
  • Partner with SMEs and external vendors for learning delivery where required

Employee Development & Engagement

  • Support onboarding and employee learning experience initiatives
  • Drive learning campaigns and engagement activities to promote continuous learning
  • Facilitate programs focused on cross cultural collaboration and communication effectiveness

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business leaders, HR teams, and managers across India, Nepal, and the USA
  • Gather feedback and identify capability development opportunities
  • Ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business priorities

Learning Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain learning records, dashboards, and participation reports
  • Track program effectiveness, learner feedback, and completion metrics
  • Support LMS administration and virtual learning logistics

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Learning & Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or corporate training
  • Experience supporting global teams preferred
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with LMS platforms and virtual learning tools
  • Strong program coordination and learning operations capabilities
  • Ability to develop and customize learning content
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated cross-cultural awareness and ability to work in global environments

Work Arrangements

  • Standard hours: 9 hours/day, 5 days/week
  • Location: Pune (Hybrid)
  • Shift: 12pm-9pm IST
