Our care teams travel directly to patients who reside in Assisted Living, Memory Care and Group Home communities throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin and Florida and are supported by clinical operations and administrative colleagues who work remotely or at our corporate offices in Stillwater, Minnesota, and Tampa, Florida.

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Coordinator will administratively support recruitment and onboarding processes for healthcare provider recruiting, as well as other clinical and professional roles. They will partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure candidates have an organized, engaging, and positive experience within the recruiting and hiring process at Bluestone. The HR Coordinator will also support HR operations activities.

Schedule: Full time position, weekdays, regular business hours (M-Th 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-3pm)

Location: Hybrid role. This role will be based out of our offices in downtown Stillwater, MN. This role will be in the office 1-2 days per week and work remotely from home the remaining days of the week. May be some local travel or travel within the Bluestone markets for recruiting events.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Support
  • Review applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist recruiting teams in moving candidates through the steps and statuses
  • Assist in crafting job postings and employment advertisements
  • Assist recruiting teams with sourcing activities to include on various platforms, attending job fairs, etc.
  • Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interview schedules and arrange field shadowing experiences
  • Track interview feedback and evaluations
  • Collect and verify candidate licensures and credentials, file as appropriate
  • Track employee referral program metrics and payouts
  • Support provider preceptorship program
New Hire Onboarding
  • Manage candidate pre-employment processes to include offer communications, background checks, TB testing and any other hiring requirements
  • Coordinate new employee materials such as uniforms, ID badges, gifts, apparel, etc.
  • Track candidate onboarding progress in new hire onboarding system and follow up as needed
  • Enter new hires into HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) and create initial electronic employee files
  • Verify and process Form I-9 documentation and E-Verify in compliance with the Department of Homeland Security
  • Update tracking reports and spreadsheets on a regular basis to support recruiting teams
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all recruitment and hiring policies, procedures, practices, and regulations
  • Track completion and uploading of all new hire paperwork in onboarding system and HRIS
HR Operations Support
  • HRIS support and reporting
  • Create employee ID badges
  • Add employees to directory
  • Support for employee engagement and recognition (gifts, flowers, apparel, gift certificates, etc.)
  • Track employee licensures/certifications, generate license expiration reports, and notify employees of expiring licenses; track renewals in the HRIS system
  • Manage HR mail, faxes and email inboxes
  • Provide ongoing leave of absence administrative support
  • Schedule training sessions (new hire orientation, new manager training, interview training, etc)
  • Sorting and scanning incoming HR mail
  • Coordinate new hire announcements
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education/Certification/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in Human Resources
  • ATS (JazzHR or Greenhouse) experience preferred
  • HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) experience preferred
