About the Role
This is a part-time remote position built for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable following structured processes, and able to work independently in a fast-moving production environment.
Drips is looking for a Production QC Associate to help monitor and protect the quality of our messaging systems. In this role, you will perform daily testing to ensure quality messages are delivered correctly and the Drips platform is functioning as expected.

Hours
Part time, 12-27 hours/week
Mon-Fri (8am-6pm EST/8am-5pm CDT)
Equipment
You will be provided with a company Laptop and 3 mobile Android Devices (AT&T, T-Mobile , Verizon) for testing purposes.
Requirements
Reliable internet and adequate cell reception across major carriers for live message testing.
What You’ll Do
- Perform daily throughput testing to verify SMS deliverability across major carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
- Review testing reports, work line by line and document results accurately in spreadsheets and internal tracking systems.
- Identify delivery issues, repeat failures, or other anomalies and escalate findings to Production leadership or the appropriate internal team.
- Maintain clear, organized records of testing activity, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing steps consistently.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, and documentation tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Analytical thinking and comfort spotting patterns, inconsistencies, or recurring issues in test results.
