The Manager - Solutions & Proposals will be responsible for the end-to-end deal pursuit cycle, working closely with Client Partners, the US field sales, Delivery, Finance, and other relevant teams. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to support the sales and account teams by creating compelling collateral, driving proposal and response creation, and ultimately closing deals.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. The Manager - Solutions & Proposals will play a crucial role in driving Emids' success in the US Healthcare market through strategic solution development and effective proposal management.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Support Sales and Client Partners throughout the sales cycle:
    • Create client pitch decks, points of view, and capability presentations to generate demand.
    • Manage the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle for both proactive proposals and formal RFPs, including bid qualification, storyboarding, RFx objective alignment, pursuit team identification, response creation, solution development, commercial architecting, estimations, and contract and compliance management.
    • Support client visits with the creation of meeting collateral.
    • Create Statements of Work for sold deals.
  • Actively contribute to the team’s Knowledge Management activities:
    • Facilitate cross-pollination of best practices and reusable solution frameworks to enhance team capabilities.
    • Contribute to our knowledge management portal to ensure easy access to all collaterals, propositions, and reusable assets.
    • Liaise with the delivery team to ensure the creation of Case Studies to support further Demand Creation
    • Support the Analyst Relations program by responding to RFIs.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Computer Science or equivalent
  • MBA from a premium management institute preferred, or Presales experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Presales and/or Management Consultant role
  • Experienced with professional services and consulting for healthcare companies
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, its challenges and opportunities across Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences
