Job Description :
- Supporting and managing existing bots in production
- Manage Complete RPA SDLC (from requirements to prod deployment & support)
- Collaborate & work closely with business teams to understand current business processes, prioritize and implement RPA.
- Report & escalate to management as needed.
- Resolve blockers / dependencies for the offshore team so that they can support independently.
- Support business processes during business hours
