Shift Timings - 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Work Mode - Hybrid (3D WFO)

Job Summary:

Required Skill:

• Java Support - 80%
• Java Coding - 20% (strong Hands-on)

Role Requirement:

• Should have 5+ years of experience application maintenance and engineering background
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills and Software Debugging.
• Investigate and troubleshoot Production issues.
• Pinpoint Problematic Code and Dependencies in Real Time, Helping to Resolve Issues Faster.
• In-Depth Troubleshooting and Real-Time Monitoring capabilities.
• Support the regular application release process
• Expert level in Java programming, Experience with user interface design, database structures, and statistical analyses.
• Should have experience in Mobile application maintenance (Android & IOS)
• Ability to work as part of a team. Adapt to new technologies and have the ability to learn new tools.
• Support our application platforms in both production and the non-production test environments.
• Be part of an on call rotation
• Work with Development teams for handing-off or taking over active support issues and creating a team specific knowledge base and skill set.
