Job Description :

The RPA Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity within the organization. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows and overseeing a team of RPA developers.

1. Process Assessment and Design:

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize processes suitable for automation.
• Design efficient RPA solutions to automate complex business processes.

1. RPA Development:

• Utilize RPA tools, such as UiPath to build automation workflows.
• Code and configure bots to perform repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of RPA solutions through rigorous testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation processes.

1. Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Continuously monitor RPA processes to identify and address performance issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to keep bots operational.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with business units to understand their automation needs and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
