We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BI Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau, Qlik, and SQL to develop data-driven insights and solutions that support business strategies.
This role will focus on building and maintaining robust BI solutions that empower business stakeholders to make data-informed decisions.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience as a BI Engineer or in a related role.
Proficiency in Tableau (creating dashboards, reports, calculated fields, and advanced visualizations).
Proficiency in Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense for building reports, dashboards, and data models).
Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Tableau and Qlik to create insightful, visually appealing dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective data visualizations.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Automate data extraction and reporting processes using SQL and other tools to increase operational efficiency.
Optimize dashboards and reports for performance, ensuring quick load times and efficient data refreshes.
Data modeling and analysis: Create efficient data models that support self-service BI tools and dashboards.
Maintain and enhance existing BI platforms, ensuring the scalability and security of the solutions.
Work closely with data engineers to define and implement data pipelines and integrations.
Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions for data integrity and consistency.
Stay updated with the latest BI trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our BI processes.
