Perform comprehensive testing of ETL processes and SSIS packages to ensure data accuracy, quality, and completeness.
Collaborate with development teams during the migration process from DTS to SSIS, validating the successful migration of all processes and workflows.
Develop and execute SQL queries to validate data transformation, integration, and consistency.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies and performance issues in the migration process.
Create test cases, test plans, and test scripts for ETL processes, ensuring proper documentation of testing activities.
Support the design, development, and optimization of SSIS packages.
Conduct regression, performance, and integration testing for SSIS packages and ETL processes.
Provide feedback and reports to developers, business stakeholders, and project managers on testing results and issues encountered during testing.
Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
