We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented Data & AI engineers. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a passion for applying AI technologies to address healthcare challenges. The AI Engineering Manager will manage AI projects, drive AI-driven solutions' development, and ensure their successful implementation in real-world healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Data & AI engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development.
• Hands-on experience in Data engineering, Python, Cloud services (preferably Azure or AWS), implementing solutions using Large Language models, building RAG pipelines, good understanding of Java, microservices and UI technology stack
• Design and implement AI algorithms and models tailored to healthcare applications (e.g., predictive analytics, diagnostic tools, patient monitoring).
• Oversee the full AI development lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and healthcare professionals, to integrate AI solutions into healthcare products.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards for AI technologies in healthcare.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and healthcare technology to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Data engineering, with at least 4 years in a Data & AI Engineering manager role.
• Strong proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with healthcare data and applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
