Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AVP – Provider Sales to spearhead business growth within the provider space. This role requires a strategic sales leader with a strong network in the healthcare industry, a proven ability to engage C-suite executives, and a passion for driving revenue. The ideal candidate will excel in both hunting for new business and farming existing relationships to expand opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the provider segment.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Drive new business development while expanding opportunities with existing clients.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure, with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align client needs with Emids' solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets of $2.5M–$4M annually.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in selling consulting services and project-based solutions within the healthcare provider domain.
  • 5+ years of proven business development, C-suite engagement, and relationship management experience.
  • Strong track record in provider-side sales, particularly in the East Coast and Central regions.
  • High-energy, self-motivated professional with a passion for business growth.
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges and consult with clients to deliver the right solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful client outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
