Associate Manager

The candidate is primarily responsible for Tax Compliance of all SRG/Emids Group entity:

• Manage the review with consultants for India, US, and Canada Income tax returns.
• The applicable Transfer Pricing compliance, TP agreements, and working for the Form 3CEB to ensure accurate and timely filing.
• Maintain the relevant documentation and files to support the positions taken in the tax return filings.
• Work with Finance Team and other functions for the requisite information and documents for filing the income tax returns.
• Having strong knowledge of GST filling, GST refunds, GST Annual Filling, Assessment under GST and TDS for India tax compliance
• Manage the tax audit process, review and provide inputs to auditors to ensure timely and accurate submission.

Prefer to have relevant work experience (combination of taxation/accounting experience), having worked in a accounting firm and having worked in a U.S. based company in similar role.
