Technical Lead

Role: Node.js Full Stack (Technical Lead)

Work Location: Bangalore / Noida
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days from office per week)
Experience Level: 6+ Years (with leadership experience preferred)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Node.js Full Stack Developer to take technical ownership of end-to-end development, with a strong focus on frontend architecture using React and related technologies. This is a leadership-oriented role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, guiding teams, and delivering scalable software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead frontend architecture and development using React, Next.js, and Redux, ensuring clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

• Solve deep technical challenges through advanced debugging and troubleshooting across frontend and backend layers.

• Collaborate with the backend team working in Node.js, offering architectural support and resolving complex integration issues.

• Manage application state using Redux, driving performance improvements and structure for large-scale modules.

• Guide the team through code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring to ensure engineering excellence.

• Take ownership of team productivity, sprint commitments, and timely delivery.

• Work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and Design teams to convert business requirements into smooth, user-friendly features.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Redux.

• Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Proficiency in Node.js and backend frameworks like Express.

• Strong debugging, architectural thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience leading frontend/backend teams in Agile setups.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud-native application deployment.

• Experience with data visualization or analytics integration.

• Exposure to microservices architecture and serverless functions
