About the Role

We are hiring an enthusiastic RPA Analyst with strong hands-on experience in UiPath and good-to-have exposure to Power Automate. This is a great opportunity to work on impactful automation projects in a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath
✅ Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement RPA workflows
✅ Test, debug, and maintain automation bots
✅ Prepare process design & solution design documentation
✅ Monitor and optimize bots in production for performance and stability

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of RPA development experience
• Strong expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework)
• Good understanding of exception handling, logging, and best practices
• Hands-on experience in Excel, PDF, Web & Desktop automation

Good to Have

• Exposure to Power Automate / Power Platform
• UiPath Certifications (preferred)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (VB.NET / Python / C#)
• Cloud exposure (Azure / AWS)
