Quality Manager Experience: 12 - 14 Years We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality governance and drive AI adoption across an assigned customer portfolio. The role partners closely with delivery teams, practice teams, and Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to embed AI into operations, strengthen quality outcomes, and proactively manage risk.
