Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary delivery executive for healthcare platform engagements, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes and strong customer satisfaction.
Lead large-scale healthcare platform programs including greenfield implementations, platform migrations, major upgrades, integrations, and production support.
Build trusted executive relationships with CIO, CTO, VP, Director, and PMO stakeholders on the client side.
Own delivery financials including revenue realization, margin management, forecasting, and cost controls for platform programs.
Drive delivery governance, milestone tracking, release management, and proactive risk mitigation across project portfolio.
Lead business journey mapping across payer and provider workflows including enrolment, claims, billing, revenue cycle, clinical workflows, and interoperability.
Partner with solution architects and platform SMEs to ensure platform configuration and customization align with business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory, security, and privacy standards including HIPAA, CMS, and industry audit requirements.
Lead multi-disciplinary global delivery teams across platform configuration, engineering, data, QA, integrations, and customer success PMO.
Collaborate with Offerings Leaders, Client Partners and Sales to support account growth, platform modernization roadmaps, and expansion opportunities.
Promote innovation and continuous improvement by advancing engineering excellence, delivery maturity, automation, and modern delivery practices across teams.
Attract, hire, and retain high‑performing talent, while mentoring and developing team members through structured growth paths, performance coaching, and a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Lead workforce planning, competency development, and engagement initiatives to build a future‑ready, agile, and high‑performing delivery organization.
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, ensuring the portfolio adopts relevant advancements that strengthen delivery outcomes.
Monitor and report on key delivery and engineering performance metrics, including project health, financial performance, AI‑led engineering adoption, value realization, and product/delivery maturity.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT services delivery, including 8+ years delivering to US healthcare payer and/or provider organizations.
Hands-on experience delivering large-scale programs on healthcare platforms such as QNXT, HRP, EDIFECS, FACETS, EPIC (Tapestry), or equivalent systems.
Demonstrated P&L ownership for portfolios of $5M+ comprising a mix of Fixed Price Milestone and Annuity engagements, Outcome based and Risk-Reward based project engagements, with a strong record of revenue realization, cost and margin management, and financial discipline.
Proven track record leading greenfield implementations, complex migrations, major upgrades, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of payer and provider operations, healthcare workflows, and interoperability standards.
Strong understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, including industry standards and regulatory frameworks such as FHIR, CMS programs, HIPAA, interoperability requirements, digital health solutions, and healthcare data security practices.
Proven experience driving both offering‑led and delivery‑led growth, including solution shaping, account mining, and value expansion.
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across C‑suite, business, and technology leaders.
Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to conceptualize and deliver innovative solutions to complex business and technology challenges.
Hands‑on experience with SAFe Agile, Lean delivery methodologies, and AI‑led engineering productivity frameworks, enabling modernized, efficient delivery models.
Strong track record leading large, global, multi‑cultural engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, developing top talent, and building high‑performing organizations.
Robust client engagement, financial management, and governance skills, ensuring predictable delivery outcomes, high customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
