Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients in the pediatric/adolescent behavioral health sector. This role requires a deep understanding of behavioral health services, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the behavioral health sector, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Service Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that clients receive high-quality behavioral health services. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that clients are satisfied with our services.
Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and secure new business opportunities. Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts. Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for service improvements.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on the use of our services and products. Ensure that clients are fully aware of the benefits and capabilities of our offerings.
Compliance: Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health sector.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communication).
Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within the behavioral health industry.

Strong understanding of behavioral health services and the needs of clients in this sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
