HeartFlow is looking for a department coordinator to support our medical affairs team. We are on a trajectory for growth and there is a lot of opportunity to grow alongside the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather updates from team for weekly field communication
- Open and track POs through internal process
- Submit & track invoices for payment
- Process grants and follow up on approvals and payments
- Reconcile credit card expenses for transactions and other expenses as needed through the Concur system
- Process, send & track HCP contracts. Work with legal partners on updates to language.
- com data cleanup and updates to blackthorn programs
- Digital Education administrative support
- Internal meeting logistics support including small room blocks, ordering meals, booking office meeting rooms, etc.
- Support back end of zoom webinars for virtual programs.
- Support Open Payments reporting.
- Conduct other administrative tasks for the Medical Affairs team.
Skills:
- Preferred experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry working with Health Care Professionals (HCPs).
- Excellent organizational, time management and written/verbal communication skills along with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs at once.
- Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter that can work independently in a work from home environment.
Parameters:
- Ability to travel within the US up to 3 times per year.
- 100% Remote position based in the US
A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $55,000 to $80,000 per year, cash bonus, and stock options.
