Job Description
As a Patient Success Coordinator, you will be an invaluable member of the Limber Health Team, helping to scale our services and making a direct impact on our company and the patients we serve. You will be a part of our user onboarding team, working directly with patients to introduce the Limber platform and ensure they have a seamless experience.
You must be equal parts self-starter and team player. We are seeking a passionate candidate with expertise in engaging and supporting users to achieve their health goals, who is interested in taking on an impactful role at an industry leader in the hybrid musculoskeletal (MSK) care space.
In your role as Patient Success Coordinator, you’ll be on the front lines every day as a trusted resource for our users both internally and externally. You will support our clients in onboarding and scheduling their patients to receive care navigation services.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial individual to best serve our clients; someone who can bring creativity and passionto support users through their recovery.
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate is process-focused and eager to make an impact on lives to support musculoskeletal health.
- Evaluate eligibility and program assignment for users.
- Provide patient support by assisting with the onboarding of patients to the Limber Health App
- Provide patients assistance by helping to facilitate the scheduling of welcome calls between patients and the appropriate care navigator.
- Maintain necessary records and notes to support the care navigator in a seamless transition.
- Act as a subject matter expert in onboarding and troubleshooting the Limber Health app
- Assist with improving processes and functionality of the Limber Health platform
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- You are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisions
- Proficiency with Google calendar, Calendly, and Zoom communications
- Tech savvy, including owning your own newer model laptop and smartphone
- Expert organizational skills, with the ability to keep meticulous records
- Strong relationship-building and listening skills
- Demonstrated user focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience
- Familiarity with technical onboarding and support
- Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads
- An entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach
- The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
