Senior Product Manager - AI Healthcare Solutions - Hybrid

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of new AI-based solutions in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both AI technologies and healthcare systems, coupled with the ability to drive product strategy and execution.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • - Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for our AI solutions in healthcare. Align product objectives with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • - Market and Customer Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis and customer research to identify unmet needs, potential markets, and innovative opportunities for AI solutions in the healthcare sector.
  • - Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, UX, clinicians, other product managers and regulatory specialists to design, build, and release high-quality AI products that address real healthcare challenges.
  • - Go-to-Market Leadership: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies. Ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • - Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, status, and results to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • - Regulatory Compliance: Partner with legal and compliance to ensure all AI solutions meet relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • - Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.


Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • - 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on healthcare technologies.
  • - Strong understanding of AI technologies, EHR integration and data analytics in the context of healthcare applications.
  • - Experience navigating the complexities of healthcare environments, including an understanding of clinical workflows, payor processes, and regulatory landscapes.
  • - Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and executives.
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to product management.
  • - Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, including Azure Dev Ops, Aha, and Miro.
  • - Passion for improving healthcare through technology and innovation.

The hiring range for this position is:

$143,190.00-$194,467.50
