Sales AdvisorPosition Summary:
In this role, you’ll actively engage with prospective members through company-provided leads whether by phone, direct mail, digital platforms, or in collaboration with our community outreach efforts. As part of a supportive and knowledgeable team, you’ll educate and guide individuals through their Medicare options, helping them find the right solutions and make informed decisions. Primary Responsibilities
- Effectively utilizes leads to maximize plan membership through outbound calls, emails, and assigned community outreach activities.
- Makes plan recommendations and enrolls Medicare beneficiaries in the appropriate Medicare Advantage plan.
- Communicates brand differentiators to consumers.
- Meets established sales goals and related metrics consistently.
- Reports and provides feedback to leadership relating to leads, sales, and trends in the marketplace.
- Manages lead lifecycle in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- Listens to and understands the needs of beneficiaries. Asks probing questions as necessary to assist.
- Maintains working knowledge and complies with all Lumeris and Medicare Compliance guidelines and regulations as well as all applicable departmental policy and procedures.
- Position will require travel for community outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
- Strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Proven track record of successful sales experience
- Currently possesses (or able to earn) a Health Insurance License
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly learn new information and utilize in a sales environment
- Ability to be a self-starter, resourceful, and prioritize work
- Ability to adapt to new processes in a fast paced environment
- Proven success in influencing direction and business outcomes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, phone systems, and Customer Relationship Management system
Preferred:
- Medicare or insurance product sales experience
Working Conditions
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.

Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
The hiring range for this position is:
