We are expanding our marketing team to include a Senior Manager, Digital & Performance Marketing, a strategic, tech-savvy leader with a strong track record in healthcare, bioscience, or digital health marketing.

About the Role

We are seeking a digital marketing expert with proven success in leveraging data, advanced analytics, and AI-driven tools to elevate marketing performance and lead generation. This role will drive digital strategy across paid media, email marketing, and CRM integration, optimizing clinician engagement through each stage of the customer journey—from awareness to post-purchase advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Customer Journey Mapping: Strategically map the HCP journey using data analytics to design targeted campaigns that engage clinicians through awareness, consideration, purchase, onboarding, and ongoing usage.
  • Advanced Performance Marketing: Develop and execute multi-channel paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, incorporating A/B testing and AI-driven optimization to maximize conversion and ROI.
  • Email Marketing Automation: Lead end-to-end email marketing programs in Mailchimp, implementing dynamic content, personalization, and automated workflows to drive clinician engagement and lead nurturing.
  • AI-Driven Insights: Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline marketing operations, optimize campaign targeting, and predict customer behaviors for more impactful outcomes.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Build, optimize, and maintain high-converting landing pages using WordPress and Elementor, integrating advanced tracking and data capture systems.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop data-centric content strategies for LinkedIn and other key platforms, utilizing analytics to refine messaging and enhance clinician engagement.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other data visualization tools to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • CRM & Data Integration: Partner closely with sales to implement data-driven lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing using Salesforce, ensuring alignment with revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on bioscience, medical device, digital health, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce, Mailchimp, WordPress, Elementor, and advanced data analysis tools.
  • Hands-on experience executing paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, with a proven track record of optimizing ROI.
  • Strong command of AI tools and platforms to enhance marketing efficiencies, including predictive analytics, automated content generation, and data-driven targeting.
  • Advanced understanding of web analytics, conversion tracking, and data visualization using Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable marketing strategies and reports.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SEO/SEM strategies and content marketing to drive organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and data privacy regulations.
