About the role
We are looking for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, who will take a holistic approach to Health System sales and partnerships; testing, learning, and optimizing strategies that enables you to efficiently manage resources that align partnership priorities to business goals. You will sit at the intersection of all our Health System partnerships and help drive our overall company strategy to ensure we’re setting ourselves up for long-term success. You’ll shape our reputation with the largest payers in the country. You will be responsible for making sure mental healthcare works for everyone.

Required Qualifications

  • Managed an account team of at least 2 people or strong individual contributor

  • Have been at past companies for more than 2+ years (average)

  • Deep rolodex of contacts themselves at top Health Systems

  • Sold directly and led a sales team that sold into Health Systems and their affiliated practices (both is bonus)

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Experience with a unique reimbursement model (value-based care, performance incentives, bundles, etc.)

  • Behavioral Health experience including tele-BH
