About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to work on the Provider Experience team and make Rula an excellent place for providers to practice and do their best work. Rula unlocks access to mental healthcare for tens of thousands of patients and their families. But that only works if Rula is a place that providers want to practice and where they feel like they can deliver high quality care. This is mission critical – providers have many options of where to practice and without providers Rula does not exist. As a PM on the Provider Experience team, you’ll be tasked with building the technology that Rula providers use every single day in a way where they feel set up for success. This is a highly cross-functional role, where you will have design and engineering counterparts and partner closely with our Clinical Quality and Provider Strategy & Operations teams.
Required Qualifications
2.5+ years of PM experience (not total work experience, PM experience)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Can articulate the why
Experience gathering and implementing customer feedback; believe that there is no such thing as “too much” customer feedback
Proactive & curious, with sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
Experience shipping features from inception through to launch via a structured product development process

Demonstrated experience collaborating across a range of stakeholders, with the ability to understand their goals and manage expectations

Has experience/background working with therapists or clinicians (nice to have)
Interest in improving the state of behavioral/mental healthcare in the United States
