About the Role

We're looking for a talented Brand Designer to join the Marketing team at Rula and help continue to shape the future of our brand's visual identity. As a key member of our creative team, you'll help drive Rula’s growth by developing creative assets for brand campaigns, social media, performance marketing, and high-impact activations across web, video, and more.

You'll help evolve Rula’s brand identity in this role, ensuring a seamless and compelling experience across all touchpoints and channels. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from creative concept development to execution, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams including web, product, marketing, and sales, as well as external agencies and partners. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant design solutions. Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role

  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • A portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, design principles, color usage, and current design trends across digital and print

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate design choices and present ideas

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • 1+ years of experience at a high-growth start-up

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere)

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaborating on web and digital projects

  • Experience using AI for image creation and creative exploration

  • Background in both in-house and agency work

  • Experience planning and managing mid-to-large scale projects from concept to completion
