RPA Developer

Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for a RPA Developer to join our team!

What you’ll be doing?

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or Blue Prism for end-to-end business processes
• Integrate RPA bots with Salesforce using APIs, connectors, and custom scripting to automate CRM workflows and data operations
• Conduct process discovery and documentation, working with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation candidates
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot deployed bots, resolving exceptions and ensuring high availability and performance
• Strong experience with: Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows), Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch/Scheduled Jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Build and optimize automated business processes using Salesforce Flow Builder
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs
• Configure and maintain Connected Apps(Awareness of Salesforce's transition from Connected Apps to External Client Apps), Named Credentials and OAuth-based authentication for secure integrations.
• Manage Salesforce security model including Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Role Hierarchy, and Sharing Rules.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Understand Salesforce governor limits and design scalable solutions accordingly.
• Adhere to SDS coding standards, version control practices, and change management procedures for all automation deliverables

What we’re looking for?

Skills and Qualifications

• UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or Blue Prism (3+ years hands-on)
• Salesforce platform experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar; API and data integration)
• Python or VBA scripting for automation support and data manipulation
• REST API and web services integration (JSON, XML, SOAP)
• RPA certification
• Process analysis, documentation, and PDD/SDD authoring
• Exception handling, bot orchestration, and queue management
• Version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum development practices
• SQL and database querying for data extraction and validation
• UAT support, bot testing, and defect resolution
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail

Location: Thapathali, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Work Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
