Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Junior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to build AI personas, understand how to use AI to interact with our customers, clients, and patients, and set patterns and standards for implementing AI across our business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI Personas: Develop and maintain AI personas that enhance user interactions and experiences.
- Customer Interaction: Understand and implement AI solutions to improve interactions with customers, clients, and patients.
- AI Standards: Set patterns and standards for the company on implementing AI across various business processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
- Innovation: Explore new AI technologies and methodologies to identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in establishing best practices for AI development, including code reviews, testing protocols, and deployment processes to ensure the reliability and security of AI systems.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Required: Deep Learning and AI Introductory courses.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in SWE AI engineering or related fields.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks commonly used in AI development (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with Front End and Back End SWE development also appreciated.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
