Job Summary
As Senior Manager of Demand Generation, you'll grow the function within the B2B Marketing team, to scale demand for the Solera HALO™ platform and our curated network of healthcare point solutions. Reporting to the Vice President of B2B Marketing, you’ll craft and execute lead generation strategies, leveraging customer insights and multi-channel approaches. This role is both strategic and tactical in nature, working cross functionally to understand evolving opportunities, refine tactics based on measured performance, and execute efficiently to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a lead generation strategy using content, events, and digital marketing.
- Optimize SQLs to hit revenue targets within budget and customer acquisition cost (CAC) constraints.
- Craft messaging strategies with marketing peers that resonate with various health plan and employer customer segments.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to align marketing and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record (5 - 10 years) in lead generation for startups or scale-ups in the healthcare and/or health tech space - driving measurable revenue growth.
- Proven ability to function fluidly within a small team environment, with a strategic individual contributor approach and mindset of personal ownership and accountability.
- Expertise in lead scoring, event marketing, harnessing content marketing, campaign development and marketing automation to drive leads and awareness across digital channels.
- Confidence in data-driven decision-making and hitting commercial targets.
- Experience with marketing operation, including Hubspot, and/or Marketo, Salesforce Cloud required.
