The Senior Executive Assistant serves as a highly strategic partner to multiple members of the Executive Committee (EC), providing executive-level support while helping drive organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and team coordination across the enterprise. This role requires exceptional judgment, executive presence, discretion, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is capable of managing competing priorities, influencing stakeholders at all levels, leading administrative processes and projects, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
This position is required to be onsite at our Headquarters in McLean, VA with possibilities for hybrid scheduling.

- Provide proactive, high-level executive support to multiple Executive Committee members, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence management, and prioritization of executive time.
- Act as a strategic partner to executives by anticipating needs, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions before challenges arise.
- Develop, maintain, and leverage comprehensive relationship maps for key internal and external stakeholders, supporting executive engagement strategies and business objectives.
- Manage and coordinate highly confidential meetings, leadership events, Board interactions, executive off-sites, and other high-profile engagements.
- Lead the planning and execution of complex scheduling activities across multiple executives, proactively resolving conflicts and optimizing executive effectiveness.
- Prepare executives for meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, and business reviews through research, briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct research, fact-checking, and quality review of executive communications, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional activities on behalf of executive leadership.
- Partner with business leaders and support staff across the organization to drive timely execution of deliverables and organizational priorities.
- Manage complex travel arrangements, itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources to support executive decision-making and reporting requirements.
- Track and monitor key commitments, action items, and deliverables on behalf of executive leadership.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to administrative staff, helping establish best practices, improve processes, and elevate team effectiveness.
- Liaison amongst all departments assisting with internal and external communications, marketing events, and team meetings.
- May provide functional oversight, coaching, guidance, and day-to-day direction to administrative professionals and support staff.
- Identify opportunities to enhance administrative processes, drive efficiencies, and implement improved operating practices across executive support functions.
- Maintain executive certifications, memberships, industry affiliations, and professional publications as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required with significant related experience.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible executive support experience, including direct support of C-Suite or Executive Committee-level leaders.
- Experience supporting multiple senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth, or highly matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Prior experience mentoring, coaching, training, or providing informal leadership to administrative professionals or support teams strongly preferred.
- Experience handling highly confidential information and sensitive business matters with discretion and professionalism.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior executives, Board members, and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence outcomes, and build strong partnerships across functions.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand organizational priorities and executive objectives.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction while managing ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information.
- Within established guidelines, empowered to make independent decisions regarding planning, prioritization, scheduling, and execution of work.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and readiness to manage, coach, and develop administrative staff as organizational needs evolve.
Compensation:
$107,800K - $130,000K per year
We offer competitive compensation that reflects market conditions and recognizes the skills, experience, and contributions of our team members. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location and may fall outside of the range shown above. In addition, this position may be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus in accordance with the Company's applicable incentive compensation plans.
