Job Title & Role Description:
The Collaboration Systems Administrator plays a pivotal role within the Upward Health Technology Department, focusing on the administration, support, and development of collaboration systems used by technology teams. This role ensures the smooth operation of internal communication platforms like Atlassian Jira and Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-demand work environments and be comfortable managing and optimizing collaboration tools. The role offers an opportunity to gain valuable technical experience, lead initiatives, and enhance the organization’s communication infrastructure.
Skills Required:
- Advanced proficiency with Atlassian Jira, including customization and development.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, particularly SharePoint and Teams.
- Knowledge of telecommunications platforms, such as 8x8, and experience with Microsoft Exchange and e-fax solutions.
- Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex system and collaboration tool-related issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate users and provide clear instructions.
- Ability to research and recommend new practices, programs, and systems for improving collaboration workflows.
- Fluency in English (Spanish fluency is a plus).
