Wider Circle is looking for a Sales Event Coordinator to join our company and play a vital role in growing Connect for Life, our groundbreaking program that connects neighbors for better health, empowering them to live longer, healthier lives while finding joy in one another’s company.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, a team player and have experience coordinating a multitude of conferences, trade shows, speaking events as well as internal company meetings. You will join a veteran team backed by blue-chip investors in our movement to battle healthcare inequity.

Responsibilities
Wider Circle’s Sales Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing, organizing, and operationalizing our participation in various events – this includes working with various event promoters, organizations and other company stakeholders and sales team members to ensure success. Optimal candidates must possess exceptional operational and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time successfully.

  • You will help identify events and provide event information to the sales and marketing teams.
  • You will organize all aspects of our participation including collateral needs, logistic needs, location identification and communication with various vendors.
  • You will help establish relationships with conference and trade show promoters, coordinating our participation, promotion, speaking engagements and event social media promotion.
  • You will organize and report on event production progress, track and meet multiple concurrent deadlines as you manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • You will serve as a Wider Circle liaison to various healthcare payer and provider associations.
  • You will help track contacts and leads created at conferences and coordinate the measurement of the success for each event.
  • You will provide a post event reports which will be used to measure event success and help inform potential future event participation

You will be accountable for meeting deadlines and the success of each event, making certain our participation is seamless, that logistics are handled proactively, and various deadlines are met.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management

1-2 years’ experience producing and/or managing various business to business events.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining agility, strict attention to detail, and forward momentum.

Working knowledge of GSuite and Salesforce

Previous experience in a healthcare startup environment is a plus.

Salary range $50-55K
